The semi-detached house at Krenkelstrasse 13 and 15 in Dresden - Striesen was built as a three-story, detached, stately tenement house in 1907.

The listed building is characterized by an "emphatically picturesque country house-like" architecture. The plastered building has been structured with sandstone , with the ornamentation of late Art Nouveau predominating. The building complex consists of two houses that are mirror images of each other but are arranged asymmetrically. The external appearance is characterized by two high gables . On the upper floors of the gable, loggia-like balconies lead off to the sides . The window shapes are rounded differently.
