Dora Gabe

Dora Petrowa Gabe ( Bulgarian Дора Петрова Габе ; born August 28, 1886 in Charmanlyk , † November 18, 1983 in Sofia ) was a Bulgarian poet.

In her first works she devoted herself to love poetry. In a later work she addressed the fight of partisans in World War II . Several volumes of poetry followed. She also published children's books in which she adapted Polish poetry.

She was awarded the Order of Georgi Dimitrov .
