The Protestant, rectangular church in the Baroque style was built in 1754 (according to other sources in 1759). The church building has entrance porches in the north and south. Inside there is a wooden, vaulted ceiling. The gallery from the beginning of the 19th century extends over three sides. The simple pulpit altar with a three-zone structure dates from the 17th and 18th centuries. Century.

The church was renovated in 1912 and from 1997. After extensive renovation work, the church was solemnly rededicated on April 29, 2001, after it had been closed since 1995 due to structural problems.

The organ built by August Wilhelm Grüneberg in 1832 was renovated in 2005 by W. Sauer Orgelbau Frankfurt (Oder) .
