The Evangelical Lutheran village church Selka is located in the Selka district of the town of Schmölln in the Altenburger Land district in Thuringia . It belongs to the Evangelical Lutheran parish in Schmölln church district Altenburger Land of the Evangelical Church in Central Germany .

history

This village church was built on the site of an unknown predecessor as a hall church. It is equipped with colored glass windows. There is a three-sided gallery in the nave . The equipment is largely in good condition.

KIBA Foundation

The funding year of the Foundation for the Preservation of Church Monuments in Germany (KiBa) was 2007. The wall crown renovation and renewal of the roof were carried out.
