The Evangelical Lutheran village church Springstille is located in the Springstille district of the city of Schmalkalden in the Schmalkalden-Meiningen district in Thuringia .

history

In 1285, the previous medieval church was destroyed. Only the church tower and its lower floors remained. The nave was probably added to this tower in 1628. It is the still unplastered lattice tower of the church and in the church district.

The interior design is simple and friendly marbled. The organ gallery is located above the altar . On the south side are the offering box and the baptismal font .
