Doron Amit
Doron Amit (born April 29, 1982 in Israel ) is an Israeli actor .
Life
Amit was born as the grandson of Holocaust survivors and grew up in Kibbutz HaOgen in Israel. He is married to Anat Czarny , a singer with the Tel Aviv Opera .
Amit is part of the ensemble of the Habimah Theater in Tel Aviv . He was best known for the German-Israeli coproduction Hannas Reise (2014), in which he plays together with Karoline Schuch under the direction of Julia von Heinz . His role as a casual carer for disabled people, who is supposed to train the brittle Hanna in her new field of activity, varies between humorous and sarcastic flirting and real concern for the people around him. As the film progresses, the main characters learn that their happiness is in their own hands.
In the comedy Traumfrauen (2015) he plays the musician Guy in a supporting role. He learned the German language for his roles in German films.
