Dorothy "Dorrie" Donaldson (born Dorothy Cunningham Brown ; * 1915 in Waterford ; † September 4, 2011 ) was an Irish hockey and badminton player .
life and career
Dorothy Donaldson, born in Waterford in 1915, achieved her first sporting successes before the Second World War primarily in hockey . Until 1948 she represented her homeland in this sport. Then she concentrated on the sport of badminton, in which she was national title holder nine times by 1956.
