The Douglas Peak is a 1,525 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It rises 18 km southwest of Mount Codrington and 13 km east of Mount Marr .
The mountain was discovered in January 1930 by participants in the British Australian and New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition (1929-1930) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson . This named him after Lieutenant Eric Gilbert Douglas (1902-1970) of the Royal Australian Air Force , pilot on this research trip .
