Doumé is a municipality in the Eastern Province of Cameroon in the Haut-Nyong district .

The place is on the Doumé River and on the N10 road at 630 meters.

story

Today's settlement dates back to colonial times. It was created in 1906 as a Dumestation, a military station, as a result of the uprising of the Jebekole and the Makaa . It was the capital of the Dume district .
