The Dreikanter Head is a wedge-shaped cliff on the Scott coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises in the formation zone of the Hunt and Marston glaciers on the west bank of the Granite Harbor .

Participants in the Terra Nova Expedition (1910-1913) of the British polar explorer Robert Falcon Scott named it. It was named after its triangular appearance when viewed from the southeast.
