The Dresden security and lock company was founded in 1903 as the first security company in the city of Dresden . The increasing industrialization also created an increased need for security among entrepreneurs and citizens of the city. In the 1920s in particular, the company was characterized by rapid growth rates and continued to exist until around 1945.
