The Jahoda & Siegel printing company was founded in Vienna in 1893 . From 1901 she published the magazine Die Fackel . The publisher was owned by Georg Jahoda and Friedrich Siegel. After Georg Jahoda's death in 1926, his son Martin Jahoda continued the business together with Siegel. In 1938 the company was "Aryanized" , Jahoda and Siegel emigrated to the USA.

The magazine Der Straßenbahner was printed by Jahoda & Siegel and publications by Albert Ehrenstein , Walther Beamt , Josef Schöffel , Fritz Wittels and Arthur Schütz , among others .
