Termination of printing

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A termination is given if the employer does not initially intend to terminate the contract , but bows to pressure from customers or employees. It is to be distinguished from the employee resigning himself as a result of bullying .

This type of termination is only permitted within narrow limits by case law. It is pronounced when severe economic damage is to be expected and the pressure does not decrease after all legal means have been exhausted. A print termination is not permitted, however, if the employer himself created the situation.
