The Drygalski Canyon is a deep ditch in the Haakon-VII. lake in front of the Princess Martha Coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Lands . It is located northeast of the Neumayer Canyon .

It has been named since 1997 at the suggestion of the surveyor and glaciologist Heinrich Hinze from the Alfred Wegener Institute . It is named after the German polar explorer Erich von Drygalski (1826–1909).
