Dun Cromore is a dun on a tiny island at the narrowest point of Loch Cromore (also Loch Chromore), a tidal lake south of Stornoway , about 50.0 meters from the shore, on the east side of the Hebridean island of Lewis in Ross and Cromarty in Scotland .

The Dun (similar to Doon Fort in Doon Lough in County Donegal or Dun Burga Water ) takes up almost the entire area of the island. The oval interior measures around 15.6 × 13.2 m. In the west wall there are cells, a gallery and in it a staircase that, past the second, led to a third gallery. However, the upper parts are destroyed. A brick arch forms a courtyard in front of the entrance on the northwest side.

Dun Cromore and the nearby tidal island of Eilean Chaluim Chille are protected and administered by Historic Scotland as an ancient monument.
