Dundret

The Dundret is a 823  m ö.h. high mountain in Lapland , northern Sweden in the area of ​​the municipality of Gällivare .

The mountain has been a nature reserve since 1970 and is part of the Natura 2000 network . It rises above the tree line , which runs there at about 700 meters. While it is used as a vantage point for the midnight sun in the summer months (daily bus service from the train station), the mountain is a popular ski area in the winter months with three ski slopes of various difficulty and three drag and two button lifts.
