Dwyer Junction is located about 20 km west of Guernsey, Wyoming on US Highway 26 , which ended from its opening 1926 to 1948 near the place on the (now abandoned) US Highway 185 . About 2 km west of the village is the junction of US 26 to Interstate 25 with the Dwyer Junction Rest Area service area .
