This corresponds to a proportion of water in the total area of 1.23 percent. This body of water is primarily located in the Glendo Reservoir in Glendo State Park . The county borders the counties in a clockwise direction: Niobrara County , Goshen County , Laramie County , Albany County, and Converse County .
