e-masters is a Hanover- based marketing and service cooperation between around 2,900 medium-sized electrical specialist companies and dealers across Germany. e-masters supports its members in the areas of marketing and advertising, further training as well as organization and procurement.

Company profile

e-masters is a subsidiary of MITEGRO GmbH & Co. KG, a wholesale cooperation of medium-sized electrical wholesalers in Germany and Austria. The electrical specialist companies of the cooperation have a total of around 25,200 employees and generated total sales of around EUR 2.87 billion in the 2017/2018 financial year. This makes e-masters one of the largest collaborations in the electrical industry in Germany.

The product brands created and managed by e-masters include the real estate modernization program "Intelligent Modernize", in which almost all major electrical engineering manufacturers are involved, including ABN, Busch-Jaeger , Gira , Ledvance , Merten , Rademacher, Ritto and Schneider Electric and Stiebel Eltron .

The trainee recruitment campaign “Make your own picture!” Launched by e-masters is intended to help members find motivated young people for their company.

The industry magazine IMPULSE deals six times a year with topics from business and research as well as news from the cooperation.

history

In 1981, 800 electrical specialist companies founded VKE GmbH, a cooperation to pursue joint marketing and purchasing interests. With the same goal, the wholesale group ELTKontor established the cooperation ELTkauf GmbH for the electrical trade in 1987. In 2010 these two organizations merged to form VKE-ELTkauf GmbH. The marketing service cooperation that emerged from the merger has been operating under the name e-masters GmbH & Co. KG since 2012.
