The e-network Südhessen AG is the distribution network operator of Entega AG , formerly HEAG Südhessische Energie AG (HSE). It operates the electricity and natural gas network at distribution network level in areas of southern Hesse and neighboring regions . In August e-netz Südhessen GmbH & Co. KG merged with Entega Netz AG and the renamed subsidiary is now called e-netz Südhessen AG.
history
E-netz Südhessen GmbH & Co. KG was created on July 1, 2014 through the merger of the former HSE subsidiaries HSE Technik and distribution network operator Rhein-Main-Neckar (VNB). It took over the rights and obligations of the distribution network operator Rhein-Main-Neckar GmbH & Co. KG and is currently the leaseholder of the electricity and gas distribution network of Entega AG.
