The EEV 22-27 were freight train - tender locomotives of the First Transylvanian Railway (Elsiö Erdélyi Vasút, EEV).

EEV ordered these six locomotives from Maffei in Munich in 1870 .

They were given the road numbers 22-27. On the occasion of the nationalization of the EEV in 1884 they were given the MÁV numbers 278–283, then the category designation IIIh and the numbers 3021–3026. From 1911 they were 357.001–006.
