The Fischapark shopping center is a shopping center with 120 shops, service and gastronomy businesses, with around 1000 employees in Wiener Neustadt . Around 1,800 parking spaces are available to customers. The shopping center is located at the western end of the city, opened in 1996 and has since expanded three times (2000, 2001 and 2015).

The “anchor tenants” in the Fischapark shopping center include Media Markt , Interspar , H & M , Hervis Sport and Mode , C&A and New Yorker , but also Peek & Cloppenburg and Zara (companies) .
Catchment area
The shopping center's catchment area extends far beyond the city limits into the districts of Wiener Neustadt-Land , Baden , Neunkirchen , Mattersburg , Oberpullendorf , Eisenstadt , but also Styria .

In February 2012 an expansion of the Fischapark shopping center was officially approved.
Critics (neighbors, a citizens' initiative and the Greens ) expect a further increase in the volume of traffic, which is already perceived as a burden. Official requirements that impose various traffic-related measures on the installation company are intended to remedy this.
In October 2015 the Fischapark reopened after three years of work. In 2016, in the first full year after the expansion, the shopping center was able to increase visitor frequency by over 20%, while sales increased by 25% in the same period.

In May 2014 a fire broke out during scarfing work on the roof, and a restaurant was badly damaged.
