ERDRP-0519 (synonym Compound 16677 ) is an experimental antiviral agent with effectiveness against morbilliviruses .

properties

Among other things, ERDRP-0519 is effective against infections of the measles virus at a concentration of 35 to 145 nM . It inhibits viral RNA polymerase and thus viral replication . In animal experiments, ERDRP-0519 was effective for up to three days after the measles virus infection.
