The ESSO company health insurance fund was an open company health insurance fund based in Hamburg .
structure
The ESSO BKK looked after its insured persons from its office in Hamburg. Following resolutions by the board of directors at the end of August 2014, it became part of Novitas BKK on January 1, 2015 ; the name Esso company health insurance fund was abandoned.
Contribution rates
Since January 1, 2009 the contribution rates have been uniformly stipulated by the legislature.
