The Euro Plaza is a business park in Vienna - Meidling designed by the Viennese architects Neumann und Partner with 212,000 m² of usable space. He is right on the Wienerbergstraße west of the recreation area Wienerberg . In addition to the Bauteilen AG, the Euro Plaza also includes the office buildings Pottendorfer Strasse 15 , Wagenseilgasse 5-7 , Wienerbergstrasse 51 and a parking garage. Some corporations have set up their Austrian headquarters in the already completed buildings. The headquarters of Microsoft Austria has been here since 2002 . Sony Austria and Hewlett-Packard , with around 1000 employees, are based there.

Construction phases

The development is divided into several construction phases. Construction phase 1 (components AC) began in August 2001 and was completed at the end of 2002. In the meantime, construction phases 2 (components DE), 3 (component F), 4 (component G and parking garage) as well as construction phase 10 (Wagenseilgasse 14) have been completed. At the end of 2012, construction phase 5, the construction of three more office buildings, began, which was partially completed in autumn 2013 and finally completed in 2014. Construction phase 6 began in 2016, which was completed and handed over in May 2017.
