The Eagle Glacier is a glacier in the Panhandle of Alaska (USA). It is located 37 km north-northwest of Juneau , the capital of Alaska.

The valley glacier located in the Tongass National Forest in the Boundary Ranges has a length of 12 km. The glacier's nutrient zone is at an altitude of 1200  m . Below the junction of its two source glaciers, the Eagle Glacier flows in a south-south-west direction and ends at a nameless lake at the edge of the glacier . This is drained by the approximately 7 km long Eagle River to the Favorite Channel . The Herbert Glacier and the Mendenhall Glacier are located south of the Eagle Glacier .
