East Skerry ( English for East Skerry [sic]) is a small group of islands and rocks off the north coast of South Georgia . They are 3 km northwest of Cape George and form the eastern part of the Skrap Skerries .

The name goes back to scientists from the British Discovery Investigations who mapped it between 1926 and 1930.
