Ebony Thomas
Ebony Thomas with the stage name Ebony Bones (* 1982 in London ) is a British actress , songwriter , singer and music producer. She played the role of Yasmin Green in the British series Family Affairs until 2005 .
Life
Thomas' debut album Bone Of My Bones was released in July 2009 on PIAS. It was initially produced by Rat Scabies (Chris Millar), the drummer for The Damned .
Her band includes guitarist Geki The Great, drummer Mr. Mendiola, trumpeter Barry Bones, keyboardist Dr. Heptinstall and the backing singers Angie Blue and Helena Of Troy. Her third studio album Nephilim was released on July 20, 2018 on her own label 1984 Records. The Internet radio station ByteFM called the pre- single Nephilim a "departure from the Riot Grrrl- influenced disco-pop of their previous records".
