The Eboshi-dake ( Japanese 烏 帽子 岳 , German " Eboshi summit") is a 719.6 meter high mountain in the extreme north of the Japanese main island of Honshū .
Its summit forms the border between the communities of Hiranai in the northwest, Noheji in the northeast and Tōhoku in the south, all in the Aomori Prefecture .
Located on the mountain in 2007, built a relay station Kamikita-Eboshi ( 上北烏帽子中継局 , Kamikita Eboshi chūkeikyoku ) with 10 W output power, the three communities with the digital television NHK , NHK Kyōiku, RAB Aomori Hoso , ATV Aomori Terebi and ABA Aomori Asahi Hōsō takes care of.
The mountain is a popular excursion destination due to its gentle ascent and its variety of plants. Its north side is also accessed by a street.
