The company was founded in Rome in 1986 as a subsidiary of the Spanish vehicle manufacturer Ebro . Production ended in 1993.

The company offered since 1986 a licensed version of the SUV Nissan Patrol as Patrol Autocarro on. For driving a saw four-cylinder - diesel engine with 2800 cc displacement . The Ebro Vanette was added at the beginning of 1987 . This minibus was optionally available with a gasoline engine with 1488 cc or a diesel engine with 1952 cc.
