Echeveria chazaroi is a species of the genus Echeveria ( Echeveria ) in the thick-leaf family(Crassulaceae).

description

Echeveria chazaroi grows little branching with shoots that reach a length of 5 centimeters. The individual leaf rosettes are 6 to 8 centimeters wide. The obovate leaves are 3 to 5 centimeters long and measure 1.5 to 2 centimeters at their widest point. The upper side of the leaf is deeply concave, the edges are gnawed and very small wavy. The leaves are bluish green in color and have a light, blue-green band along the edges.

The racemose inflorescence is about 45 centimeters long and has wavy and gnawed bracts . The bent back flower stalk becomes 2 to 6 millimeters long and about 1 millimeter in diameter. The sepals protruding at a 90 ° angle are oval-shaped and elongated and 3 to 5 millimeters long. The corolla is 7 to 9 millimeters long and has a diameter of 5 to 6 millimeters near the base. The petals, which are bent back towards the tip, are colored salmon pink.

Distribution and systematics

Echeveria chazaroi is common in Mexico in the state of Oaxaca .
