Eckhard Gnodtke (born January 7, 1958 in Lüchow (Wendland) ) is a German administrative lawyer and CDU politician.

Life

Gnodtke attended the Lüchow grammar school . After graduating from high school , he served in the army from 1976 to 1978 . As a law student at the Georg-August-Universität he was reciprocated on October 16, 1979 in the Curonia Goettingensis . He spent the winter semester 1980/81 and the summer semester 1981 at the University of Lausanne . He passed both state law exams.

politics

From 1991 Gnodtke was a municipal official in the Altmark district (until 1994 Salzwedel district). Most recently, from 2005 he was head of social affairs for the Altmark district and deputy district administrator. As a member of the CDU Saxony-Anhalt , he ran for the 2017 federal election as a direct candidate in the constituency 66 Altmark. He won a direct mandate with 32.6% of the first votes. He sits on the Defense Committee of the German Bundestag and is a deputy member of the Committee on Home Affairs and the Committee on Labor and Social Affairs .
