Eckhart Hellmuth

Eckhart Hellmuth (born August 10, 1946 in Lüneburg ) is a German historian .

Life

After receiving his doctorate in Trier in 1980 , he taught as a professor for the history of Western Europe with special attention to the early modern period at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich until 2011 . He lives with his wife in Eichenau .
