The Eden Glacier is an 8 km long glacier on the Foyn coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It flows south at the base of the Churchill Peninsula to the head of Cabinet Inlet , which it reaches northwest of the Lyttelton Ridge .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey mapped and named it in 1947 after the British politician Anthony Eden (1897–1977), three-time foreign minister of his home country, including in the war cabinet under Winston Churchill . Aerial photographs were taken during the American Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948).
