Edford
Edford , sometimes called Edfor , was a Portuguese car brand.
Company history
The company Eduardo Ferreirinha et Irmão Lda. from Porto started producing sports cars in 1930 . Production ended in 1938 after four copies had been made. The brand name is made up of Ed from Eduardo and Ford .
Models
The first model was based on the lowered chassis of the Ford Model A . For driving the saw Ford - four-cylinder engine . The open roadster body offered space for two people. The second model followed in 1936. Now the tuned V8 engine with 3200 cm³ displacement from the Ford V8 was used. The body was made of light metal and weighed only 150 kg. The maximum speed was given as 170 km / h.
