Replicar was a Portuguese manufacturer of automobiles .
history
The Lisbon company started producing automobiles in 1991. Production ended in 1993 after about 120 copies were made.
Models
The only model was a replica of the Porsche 356 Speedster from the 1950s. For this purpose, the chassis of the VW Beetle was imported from Volkswagen do Brasil , shortened a little and given its own body made of fiberglass . A four - cylinder boxer engine with a displacement of 1600 cm³ and intake manifold injection provided the drive .
