The Edificio Champs Elysées is a building in the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo .
The building, built in 1983, is located in the Barrio Pocitos at Bulevar Artigas 1318 between Guaná and Chaná streets . The architect Raúl Secureo Bouret was responsible for the construction . According to a report in the Uruguayan daily El País from 2008, the 92-year-old SECUREO himself lived in the building. The Edificio Champs Elysées is designed as a residential apartment building.
In a list of the Instituto de Historia de la Arquitectura (IHA), the building is provided with the recommendation of protection as Bien de Interés Municipal or that of "comprehensive catalog protection (Grade 3)" ( Protección integral (Grado 3) por catálogo ). According to this list, it is the subject of the Plan Especial de Pocitos development plan .
