Edmund Günther Böttcher

Edmund Günther Böttcher (born November 7, 1836 in Arnstadt , † June 3, 1929 in Frankfurt am Main ) was a member of the state parliament of the Principality of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen .

Edmund Günther Böttcher was the son of the economist and innkeeper Severus Günther Böttcher and his wife Anna Dorothee nee Roth. Edmund Günther Böttcher, who was of Protestant Lutheran faith, married Emma Henriette Bärwinkel (October 30, 1838 in Dornheim; † December 16, 1919 Frankfurt am Main), the daughter of pastor Johann Christian Jacob Bärwinkel, in Dornheim on December 16, 1858. Reinhold Bärwinkel , member of the state parliament, is a nephew of the father-in-law.

Böttcher was an economist and host "Zumgrün Baum", later Rentier in Arnstadt. From 1891 he lived temporarily and finally from 1897/98 as a private citizen in Frankfurt am Main . In 1887 he was involved in the election committee in support of the national liberal candidate for the Reichstag in the constituency of the Principality of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen Dr. Carl Deahna , Arnstadt. Until 1898 he was a member of the municipal council of Arnstadt. From August 25, 1876 to December 31, 1879, he was a member of the Schwarzburg-Sondershäuser Landtag for the constituency of the highest taxable persons of the supremacy and the NLP .
