Edouard Béliard

Edouard Béliard (* 1832 in Paris , † 1912 in Étampes ) was a French impressionist painter .

Béliard had worked with Paul Cézanne , Armand Guillaumin and Camille Pissarro , among others . With these and a few other artists (including Claude Monet , Auguste Renoir and Edgar Degas ) he took part in the first exhibition of Impressionist painting in the studio of the Parisian photographer Félix Nadar on April 15, 1874 . For this exhibition he mainly painted landscapes .
