Edvinas Eimontas
Edvinas Eimontas (born April 13, 1976 in Kėdainiai ) is a Lithuanian sports manager and football official .
Life
After graduating from secondary school, Edvinas Eimontas completed a bachelor's and 2000 master's degree in economics at the Technical University in Kaunas . He then worked at Ūkio bankas until 2001 . From 2001 to 2011 Eimontas headed the project department in the Lithuanian Football Association . From 2010 to 2011 he completed the CFM courses ( Certificate Football Management ), from 2011 to 2012 DFM courses ( Diploma Football Management ) and from 2012 to 2014 MESGO courses ( The Executive Master in European Sport Governance ). From 2012 to 2016 he was Secretary General, from 2013 to 2016 Vice President and since January 2016 he has been President of Lietuvos futbolo federacija .
Eimontas teaches sports management as a lecturer in the Sports Industry course at the Lithuanian Sports University in Kaunas and at the Institute for Creative Society and Economy of Kazimieras Simonavičius University in Vilnius .
