The Edwards Point is a headland , the southern foothills of Robert Iceland in the archipelago of South Shetland Islands highlighted.
It was mapped by scientists from the British Discovery Investigations in 1935. The headland's name was first recorded on a 1948 map of the British Admiralty . Namesake is Victor M. Edwards, map draftsman in the Hydrographic Office of the Admiralty.
