The Eek Lake is a lake in Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta in southwest Alaska .

The lake is located in the Yukon Delta National Wildlife Refuge 30 km south of the small town of Bethel and 36 km north of the village of Eek . The 43.3 km² large lake at a height of m is almost a square. It measures 7.3 km in east-west direction and 7.0 km in north-south direction. Eek Lake is part of a lake area that extends east of the lower reaches of the Kuskokwim River . Eek Lake is drained on its south bank from the Eenayarak River to the Kuskokwim River.

The name was established by the US Geological Survey (USGS) in 1949. There are two other lakes of the same name in Alaska, but they are much smaller.
