Efrat Gosh ( Hebrew אפרת גוש; * November 3, 1983 in Herzliya , Israel ) is an Israeli pop musician and actress .

Gosh was born in the Israeli city ​​of Herzliya and grew up as the middle of three children. She attended the music branch of the 'Alon' high school in Ramat Hasharon and the 'Rimon' music school. There she was mainly influenced by jazz musicians such as Billie Holiday , Louis Armstrong and Charlie Parker, as well as Edith Piaf .

In 2002, Efrat Gosh was discovered by the Israeli record company NMR, which she signed. Although she often performed live in Israel, she did not release her first album, Efrat Gosh , until 2005. It enjoyed great popularity in Israel. At this time Efrat Gosh also began to work as an actress. She worked with the director Amos Kollek, among others .
