Egidija Tamošiūnienė

Egidija Tamošiūnienė (ex Stauskienė ; * 1974 in the Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian judge , professor of civil procedural law at the Law Faculty of Mykolo Romerio universitetas (MRU).

Life

Egidija graduated from 1992 to 1997 with a degree in law at the Vilniaus universitetas and received her doctorate in 2006 from the MRU on the subject of "Teismo vaidmuo vykdymo procese". From 2001 she was a lawyer in the law firm of her husband Gintaras Tamošiūnas (* 1963). Since 2003 she has been teaching as a lecturer at the chair for civil procedural law at the law faculty of the MRU. Since 2012 she has been Professor and Head of the Chair of the Law Faculty of the Mykolo Romerio universitetas . Since April 2013 she has been a judge at Lietuvos apeliacinis teismas .
