Eglė Bilevičiūtė

Eglė Bilevičiūtė (formerly Kažemikaitienė ; born 1976 in Lithuania ) is a Lithuanian lawyer , criminalist , professor of forensics at the Chair of Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure at Mykolo Romerio universitetas (MRU).

Life

After graduating from the Vilnius Lyceum in 1994 , Eglė Bilevičiūtė completed a bachelor's degree in law and police at the Lietuvos policijos akademija from 1994 to 1997 , from 1997 to 1999 at the Lietuvos teisės akademija for a master’s degree in law and police activities and from 1999 to 2003 at the Lietuvos teisės universitetas the doctoral program. On October 15, 2003, she did her doctorate on the subject of "Criminalistic System of the Lithuanian Republic: Current State and New Model" (lit. Lietuvos Respublikos kriminalistinė sistema: dabartinė būklė ir naujas modelis ), Doctor of Social Sciences.

Bilevičiūtė was a lecturer from 2008 to 2010 and is now a professor at the MRU.

Bilevičiūtė speaks Russian and English .

In December 2001 she was the founding member of the Lithuanian Criminalists Association (lit. Lietuvos kriminalistų draugija ).
