Egon Leitner (born September 15, 1965 in Lienz , Tyrol ) is a former Austrian biathlete .
Life
Leitner competed for the Union Matrei association. He competed in the 1988 Olympics in Calgary and 1992 in Albertville on. At the 1989 World Championships in Feistritz an der Drau , he came seventh in the team competition with Bruno Hofstätter and Anton Lengauer-Stockner . The following year he came in the season with Hofstätter, Schuler and Alfred Eder in the season on the seventh place and in the team on the fifth place.
