The former road bridge at Breslauer Platz is a pedestrian bridge over the Darmbach in Darmstadt-Ost .
Construction and history
The small bridge over the Darmbach is an important historical connection between Darmstadt and Roßdorf . Today the bridge is only used for pedestrian traffic.
The old one-yoke road bridge was built from sandstone . The solid railings on both sides are also made of sandstone blocks.
Monument protection
For architectural, industrial and city history reasons, the former road bridge is a cultural monument .
