history

In 1213 Heinricus de Eychhart is a witness for the Burgrave of Leisnig. There is no evidence of a manor house.

The place itself is first mentioned in 1254 as Mgf. Heinrich (the illustrious) transferred the village of Eichart with 7 hooves to the monastery of Buch, after relinquishing it by the burgrave of Leisnig. So the village belonged to the Meissen region.

Mgf sold in 1286. Heinrich added the upper and lower courts to the monastery in Eychart . The Burgrave of Meissen had previously given up his court rights (the third pfennig). In 1289 there was a confirmation of ownership in Eichardt, likewise in 1325. In 1333 Bgf. Albero von Leisnig his remaining rights to the monastery.

In the registry of the Buch monastery, it is noted about Eichardt: This village with 12 men and 7½ hooves is now sold hereditary to Hans von Komerstadt with the Vorwerk Tautendorf, who is entitled to the courts, services, fiefs and interest. Consequences, taxes and military journeys are reserved for the Leisnig Office .

After 1549, Hans von Komerstadt was named by Kamprad as administrator of the secularized property of the Buch monastery. For him it was probably a good opportunity to buy. At the same time, Hans von Komerstadt also bought the neighboring monastery courtyard in Tautendorf. Mgf. Heinrich transferred the village to the monastery in 1228, in 1286 the monastery bought the upper and lower courts, and in 1386 the remaining rights. The monastery had converted the village into a grangie, which was later only operated as a sheep farm. Since 1875 the Vorwerk belonged to Eichardt.

The place was always parish after Großweitzschen.
