It is a former farm in the area of the newly designed market in Eicken in the core from the 17th century. The property consists of a longitudinally opened former residential stable building in half-timbered construction as well as an attached stable and barn building . The construction of the property as a restaurant took place within the Eicken redevelopment area. The two-storey half - timbered house Eickener Straße 157 , which dates from the same time, is adjacent.
