The Federal Personnel Office EPA ( French Office fédéral du personnel OFPER , Italian Ufficio federale del personale UFPER , Romansh Uffizi federal da persunal UFPER ) is a federal authority of the Swiss Confederation .

It is a federal office of the Federal Department of Finance (FDF).

tasks

The Federal Personnel Office is responsible for the personnel policy of the Swiss federal administration . It develops the basis and instruments for the control, further development and coordination of the human resources of the federal administration with around 38,000 employees.

The tasks of the Federal Personnel Office:
